Accounts
When you create an account with us, you guarantee that you are above the age of 18, and that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service.
Services
Our services are provided as described on our website. We do not guarantee job placement or any specific career outcome. Our goal is to provide expert guidance and support to enhance your skills and confidence based on the information you provide.
Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations
All payments for services are due upfront. We may use third-party services for payment processing. By submitting your payment information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy.
Amounts paid for services are non-refundable once any part of the service has commenced. This includes, but is not limited to, the first one-to-one session, the start of a mentorship period, or the use of an Interview Buddy slot. You may request a full cancellation and receive a full refund at any time *before* your first scheduled session or service commencement by contacting our support team.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any changes.
