Important — Mentor Conduct Rules

Direct violating behaviour with candidates is strictly prohibited. Any of the actions listed below will lead to immediate account termination and forfeiture of pending payments (0 payout):

• Direct dealing with candidates to take extra payment outside the platform.
• Requesting or storing a candidate's personal contact details (phone number, WhatsApp, email) for off-platform contact.
• Asking candidates for payments, gifts, or any monetary favor outside the official billing system.
• Sharing or publishing candidate data, recordings, or interview content without explicit platform authorization.
• Any other behaviour that violates platform terms of service or compromises candidate safety/privacy.

If you suspect a candidate or another mentor is trying to bypass the platform or request off-platform contact/payments, report it immediately to support.
